Our top caterer has designed a terrific Italian dinner to be served before the show. The menu is served as a personal buffet for your group that will please both meat lovers and vegetarians. Our meat is halal.
Below is an indicative menu subject to ingredient availability, seasonal changes, and chef creativity. Therefore, every menu is different.
APPETIZERS
Two bruschettas: Toasted bread sprinkled with olive oil and sea salt. One is topped with eggplant and the other with tasty tomatoes (veg).
Mixed antipasti platter: Various sliced Italian meats, caprese, and grilled vegetables. Yum!
MAIN COURSES
We always offer two authentic, handmade pastas with garlic and Italian herbs, one with veggies and one with meat.
We recently have been serving:
- Rigatoni with Italian beef ragu
- Melanzane parmigiana with tagliatelle
DIET AND CHOICES
Our dinner is a personal buffet where everyone serves themselves. It includes meat and vegetarian items. Eat (or don’t eat) what you like! An all-vegetarian package is available as an alternative.
Although our corporate show packages can adapt to suit group size changes and diet requests, the Friends Night Out Package is fixed with less flexibility (and at a lower price). This package is vegetarian-friendly but cannot accommodate vegans or other specific diet requests.

Our full-service bar serves a variety of international and local beers, great wines from Amsterdam’s Grape District, shaken cocktails and non-alcoholic options. Drinks are not included in the package.
GREAT DINNER OPTIONS
We do simple dinners for smaller groups and proper catering for larger groups. Our pop-up kitchen creates delicious Italian influenced dishes using fresh and locally sourced ingredients. Eat, drink and laugh in one place: Boom Chicago!
We have wonderful Bud beers, small batch brews and IPA’s. Our wine comes from the innovative Grape District, who actually care about the way the wine is created. Our bar staff also loves to make a special cocktail for your group. Our soft drinks come in bottles, not from a soda gun.
WHO IS THE GUEST OF HONOR?
Tell us what you are celebrating and we will create a memorable evening. Shall we write a roast for them and present it for your group? We will personalize a copy of our funny book ‘The 25 Most Important Years in Dutch History.’ We can decorate your table, organize a cake and help make this night extra special.

Many people dread speaking in front of an audience. Our actors who are at home on stage can help. With individual and group coaching, they will help your group find the fun in public speaking which leads to the confidence that makes people want to listen.
Private reception with a Tailored Sketch
Start your night in a private setting for a toast, speech or presentation. Then we will perform a tailored sketch about your company and your team. You provide the information and we will write and deliver a hysterical scene. After the private reception, join the audience in the theater for the main event.
