Are you our new Office Assistant?
We’re a fast-moving, creative company with comedy in our DNA. We produce our own shows, host visiting comedians, and organize festivals, classes, and corporate events, all under one historic Amsterdam roof. The energy is high, the work is varied, and the ideas fly fast. If you’re excited about working in a place where “yes, and” is more than just a catchphrase, read on.
We’re looking for a detail-loving, organized and reliable person to support our team with office operations, finance admin, and event logistics. You’re the kind of person who loves to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.
What You’ll Do
Administrative Support
- Keep our office stocked and organized with supplies
- Print and duplicate materials for meetings and events
- Keep the Google Calendar up to date and accurate
- Monitor our [email protected] inbox and respond (or forward) to the right team members
- Handle building-related matters like keys, alarm codes, and general upkeep
Office & Event Support
- Manage packages and mail: pickups, returns, and deliveries
- Arrange and pick up pastries or snacks for client meetings and events
- Assist with event rider coordination (stocking dressing rooms with drinks, snacks, etc.)
- Be present in the office to answer phones and provide general support
Finance & Systems
- Prepare and send invoices
- Follow up on unpaid invoices
- Maintain our internal revenue tracking sheets
Who You Are
- You have a great sense of organization and love checking off to-dos
- Friendly, proactive, and always looking for ways to help
- Comfortable with finance tasks like invoicing and tracking spreadsheets
- Fluent in English (Dutch is a bonus, but not required)
- Quick on your feet, dependable, and detail-focused
- You enjoy being part of a creative and high-energy environment
- Available 4 days a week for 16 total hours, ideal for someone looking for steady, flexible part-time work
