Are you our brilliant new Assistant?

We’re a fast-moving, creative company with comedy in our DNA. We produce our own shows, host visiting comedians, and organize festivals, classes, and corporate events — all under one historic Amsterdam roof. The energy is high, the work is varied, and the ideas fly fast. If you’re excited about working in a place where “yes, and” is more than just a catchphrase, read on.

We’re looking for a detail-loving, organized and positive person to assist our Head of Sales & Events and help us keep the wheels turning smoothly behind the scenes.

🔎 What You’ll Do

Sales & Admin Support

  • Be the first point of contact for incoming leads — answer questions, share information, and make sure they feel taken care of.
  • Ensure potential clients receive the right proposals and timely follow-up via email.
  • Schedule internal and client-facing meetings and help prep for venue visits.
  • Draft and edit proposals & contracts for the Head of Sales & Events.
  • Manage and update our client database (Event Temple): make sure information is accurate, accounts are up-to-date, and details are clear.
  • Keep customer communication flowing smoothly and follow up with leads after sending proposals.

Event Production & Coordination

  • Join weekly sales and event production meetings and make sure all info is up to date prior to those meetings..
  • Support with factsheets, production sheets, catering info, and internal coordination for upcoming events.
  • Assist with coordinating logistics between the Sales department and our Front of House team.
  • Attend events when needed to ensure smooth execution and a happy client.
  • Collect feedback after events and help us keep improving.

Social Media & Case Studies

  • Work with the team to collect event highlights and success stories.
  • Make sure our best work makes it onto LinkedIn and other platforms to show future clients what we’re made of.

🎯 Who You Are

  • You’ve got at least 1 year of experience in a sales or events support role.
  • Fluent in English (Dutch is a nice bonus, but not required).
  • Detail-oriented, solution-focused, and proactive.
  • Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and love checking things off your list.
  • Works well under pressure/high stress situations
  • Great with people, quick to respond, and reliable with follow-through.
  • You don’t need to be a comedian — but you do love working in a place where humor is part of the job.
