Somi, the powerhouse behind @driplist (185k Instagram followers, 200k on TikTok), has captivated audiences worldwide with her hilarious takes on Dutch life through the eyes of an expat. From our obsession with cheese to the peculiarities of Dutch birthdays, she’s seen it all—and lived to laugh about it!
In this unforgettable evening, Boom Chicago’s cast will create improvised scenes and songs inspired by Somi’s journey: moving from Nigeria to the Netherlands for work, staying for love, and building a thriving social business. And with the release of her book A Fun Guide to Navigating the Netherlands on March 11, the timing couldn’t be better!
