New York comedians Natalie Cuomo and Dan LaMorte recently got married, but why go on a traditional honeymoon when you can tour European comedy clubs together? Thus, the idea for “The Funnymoon Tour” was born, with the duo performing shows together across Europe.
Natalie Cuomo was born and raised in New York City. In that city, she quickly became one of the top acts in the club scene. She was one of New York Comedy Festivals “Comics to Watch” and has been featured in Time Out NY, LA Times, New York Magazine, Inked Magazine, and Metal Injection, among others. She has over a million followers on social media and is a Partner on Twitch, where she mixes gaming with stand-up for and with fans.
Dan LaMorte is a unique comedian, not only because he is on the autism spectrum. After a severe injury ended his baseball career prematurely, he weighed 175 kilos at the age of 23. But in three years, he lost over 90 kilos and became an ultra-runner. All these experiences give him a very unique perspective on the world. In 2023, he was named one of the “New Faces” at the prestigious Just For Laughs Festival in Montreal, and he performs in comedy clubs all over New York City.
