Ted Lasso’s David Elsendoorn joins Music Improv Spectacular on July 13!

Ted Lasso‘s ‘Jan Maas’  joins the mainstage cast on stage for one very funny night July 13. David Elsendoorn, who plays the Dutch player on AFC Richmond, guest stars at Boom Chicago’s long-running Music Improv Spectacular. He will tell stories from his life and life on the hit Apple+ TV show. Those stories will inspire the cast to improvise characters, scenes and even songs. Don’t miss this hysterical improvisation that made Boom Chicago famous.

Music Improv Spectacular features local and international heroes telling personal stories to inspire the cast, the comedy and the night. Elsendoorn joins the list of prestigious guests that include superstar DJs Sunnery James and Ryan Marciano, Arjen Lubach, Amsterdam Mayor Femke Halsema, Johan Cruyff ArenA CEO Tanja Dik, serial entrepreneur Ron Simpson and Volkskrant journalist Aaf Brandt Corstius.  

David started as a young actor in productions like The Resurrection of a Bastard and SpangaS. During his study he has been in a play from Suburbia which was directed by Julia Bless. After graduation from the Amsterdam Theater School (AHK) he starred in the film Gelukzoekers by Hanro Smitsman and had supporting roles in films like Singel39 and series like Ik Weet Wie Je Bent and De Vliegende Hollanders.
